You will learn to relax deeply, yet consciously, on all levels in order to release physical, mental and emotional tension. Through affirmation, progressive relaxation, breath work, visualization, and self-inquiry, you will free yourself from limiting habitual patterns and blocks.
The class will begin with gentle movement and then settle into savasana for a
40-45 minute Yoga Nidra practice.
